Dự phòng thuyên tắc huyết khối tĩnh mạch tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội giai đoạn 2021 - 2022

Năm 2020, Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội đã ban hành hướng dẫn dự phòng thuyên tắc huyết khối tĩnh mạch. Nghiên cứu nhằm mô tả tình hình mạch năm 2021-2022. Kết quả cho thấy, tại khoa và Hồi sức tích cực, tỷ lệ chung là 61,54%, bệnh nhân có nguy cơ cao, điểm PADUA 4 được 90,57%; chủ yếu vào ngày thứ nhất (26/56, 46,42%), hai (10/56, 17,85%). Tại Ngoại tổng hợp Chấn thương chỉnh hình, 41,84%; 60% trung bình 57,75% cao theo thang CAPRINI phòng. Dự thường tiến trong vòng 24h sau phẫu thuật (31/59, 52,54%), trước (21/59, 35,59%). 2021-2022 cải thiện rõ rệt so với 2013-2014.
